You can fight her (particularly if you want her armor) or if your NPC Reaction is 15-20 say "There is always...", "I will not...", "If you would..." options 1, 3, 2 and she will leave. Rest in the grounds of the temple if you need to then enter AR0125 to confront Sarevok.
