Xvart Village

Enter the village area. You will be attacked by Xvarts. Continue to advance through the village. Eventually Nexlit, the leader, will attack you with their guardian Ursa, a Cave Bear. Kill them.
NEXLIT AND URSA: 685 exp, Short Sword, 15gp

Treasure Cave

There is a bug with this cave AR4701 which reverses the direction your party faces when you go through the entrance. To counter this you could reverse the formation of your party, putting the weakest characters at the front. When you enter the cave they will be protected by the fighters. Kill the Cave Bear. Raid the chest.
REWARD: 650 exp, Flail +1, Bracers AC 8, Potion of Fire Resistance

Village exit

If you do not wish to fight Borda at this stage turn back. Leave the village through the southern route and exit the map at the bottom SW corner.

Borda

This travelling salesman will approach you. He sells cursed items. If you threaten him he will attack. He has high magic resistance. Only advanced parties should consider attacking him.
REWARD: 900 exp, Short Sword +1, Cursed Potion of Healing, [Web], [Color Spray], [Cursed Scroll of Weakness], [Cursed Scroll of Petrification], 74gp
